Recreational football opportunities for women

Find your feet is aimed at encouraging women aged 16+ to get involved in football, this can be your introduction to the beautiful game or your return to the beautiful game!

Have you ever wanted to give football a go? Or do you want to get back into the sport after having some time away? If so, this is the perfect programme for you! You can learn basic skills and play casual football in a fun, relaxing, friendly and social environment.

The programme is being delivered by Hampshire FA and is held in various locations in the county, see details below of where you can play.

 

FIND YOUR FEET IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SOLENT SPORTS 

Our next sessions are delivered by Hampshire FA in partnership with Solent Sports on Mondays between 8pm - 9pm at the Oasis Academy, MayfieldSouthampton SO19 9NA. The sessions will run weekly at the same time and day and are priced at £3 per session.

There is also an opportunity to participate in the Find Your Feet League, with monthly fixtures based at central venues. If you are a team or individual who would like to take part in these please contact the Female Recreational Football Development Officer, Jordan Bradshaw

Alternatively, if you are a centre or a club and would like to host your own ‘Find Your Feet’ sessions, please contact the Women & Girls FDO. We will be able to assist in providing you with promotional posters to support the programme and additionally will promote the sessions across our website and social media channels, as well as on The FA national search databases.
