The naming rights of the partnership has also changed to better reflect the evolving partnership with Veo, transitioning from Official Media Partner to the Official Video Technology Partners of Hampshire FA. Additionally, the partnership will see Veo sponsor the Hampshire FA Academy, Goal of the Season Award which is presented at the Hampshire FA Grassroots Football Awards ceremony.  

Veo Technologies’ partnership has expanded over the course of the last two years. The advanced technology records all Hampshire FA adult cup finals, various events across Hampshire FA’s 4 hub sites Stoneham Lane Football Complex, Front Lawn Community Hub, Winklebury Football Complex & King George V Football Complex) and additionally the Hampshire FA Academy that is delivered in partnership with SCL.  

Veo’s AI technology records 2 dimensions by 2 lenses in a single camera, allowing footage to merge undisrupted, creating a single recording without a videographer or camera operator. The cameras can be used to record coaching sessions or training by analysing footage to support the coaches and players detailing improvement or positive reinforcement. Clubs can also use it to entice sponsorship opportunities to their set-ups through a continued stream of web and social media content designed to put the club in the spotlight.  

Due to Hampshire FA’s vast expansion over recent years with the introduction of new football hub sites, the cameras are in consistent use throughout the week and even on weekends. Through cup finals, coaching sessions, or grassroots events, we aim to capture all there is to offer in our beautiful game, using the footage to support a variety of content across our website and social media channels. Our round-up of footage taken in the season is bound together and presented at our pinnacle event in the county, the Grassroots Football Awards ceremony sponsored this season by Spond – as such the continued use of the cameras will provide us with extensive benefits to share with our members across the whole of the season.
