Develop Female Football Participation In Your Club

If you are looking to grow female participation at your club, sign up to our free face-to-face training workshop. This is being delivered in partnership with England Football and is supported by Barclays Football. The workshop will explore everything you need to know to grow and develop female football at your club.

Hampshire FA are delivering a free 2.5 hour training workshop dedicated to growing the female football participation in your grassroots football club. Delivered in partnership with England Football and with the support of Barclays Football, the session will aid you in growing the female provision and give useful information, alongside historic examples of female football participation growth. 

The areas we will be looking at include:

- Club Identity & Governance

- Marketing

- Workforce

- Finance

- Facilities

This interactive workshop will provide practical advice to help you to create the right environment to increase female participation based on research that has been carried out by talking to football clubs, volunteers, parents, and players up and down the country.
