Best Practice Club Article - Chamberlayne Athletic FC
On 27th June 2014, Chamberlayne Athletic Football Club were awarded Community Charter Standard Award. This was a collective effort from all committee members and all coaches within the club. Good practice was also demonstrated by all teams.
In the past year, Chamberlayne has had particular focus on growing and developing female affiliated football teams. With all coaches in the club now registered as FA Licence Coaches, the club's new target is for coaches to use their FA Licenced Coaches Club membership and The FA Future Game resources, in a bid to improve and develop the level of coaching at all levels. Chamberlayne is funding more coaches on their 1st4sport Level 2 coaching badges as well as the FA Youth Award modules. Furthermore, all new coaches that enter the club continue to become fully qualified coaches to support the progressive developments of the club.
Chamberlayne is committed to growing the number of teams [both male and female] and coaches within the club and continuously strives to achieve this.
