Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Opportunities #ForAll
There is a place for you in the game
Grassroots football in our county sees an army of volunteers, dedicated and committed to serving all areas of our beautiful game. If you are looking for your opportunity and inroad into volunteering within the game, then please do get in contact with us and we will gladly link you up with clubs, leagues or other associations.. Alternatively, if you are a club or league that needs support, we would love to hear from you and will happily advertise any vacancies on this page.
We would also recommend partnering with brands such as Join in UK, a national brand for local sports volunteering. Clubs are able to set-up a free profile on the site to openly advertise for vacancies. Join in UK partner with Hampshire FA to deliver marketing & PR workshops and show how the site works to support you and your set-up. Click here to get started with your free profile.

success story
“We are a small club with big ambitions. We make sure our young players not only enjoy their time with us, but are also given the best coaching and opportunities available. The support from our members is fantastic, and we’re learning what works and where we can expand along the way. But it’s challenging and a lot of our activity is limited either by financial or volunteer support.
In the summer of 2014, we wanted to grow our younger teams, but we didn’t have enough coaches and couldn’t ask our existing coaches to take on any more teams. Many of our volunteers came from the parents; but if we couldn’t grow the membership, we couldn’t find more parents to help.I saw an advert for Join In on TV, visited the website to create our club page; and by early 2015 we boasted three new teams – two under 7s and one under 8s – largely thanks to the volunteers found through Join In"
