Female Referee Development Programme

Upskilling & guiding the female referee workforce

The Female Referee Development Programme aims to provide much-needed varying levels of support for both new and existing female referees across Hampshire. 

Upskilling our female workforce across the grassroots game is our ultimate aim!

The Programme

The Female Referee Development Programme will allow up to 80 new female referees to access:

  • The FA Referee Course / Community Match Official Workshop
  • Online and face-to-face CPD events
  • Female Referee Community
  • Female Referee Mentor check-ins

As well as encouraging new female referees to start their development, the Female Referee Development Programme will also give the opportunity for existing referees to get access to:

  • Online and face-to-face CPD events
  • Female Referee Community
  • Female Referee Mentor Individual Development Plan and Observations
