ALL USERS must register beforehand. This includes PLAYERS (OF ALL AGES), PARENTS, GUARDIANS, COACHES, MANAGERS, OFFICIALS, SPECTATORS…. EVERYONE!

What is Parklife?

Hampshire FA is proud to announce that they have been appointed as operators of the £9 million Stoneham Lane Football Complex facility. This is part of the Parklife Project which is an FA initiative to ensure the income generated at the football clubs is put back into funding grassroots football within the local area.

Why do we need to register?

The FA and Sport England require the data generated from registrations and the reception turnstiles to analyse trends and participation. Furthermore, registration is compulsory to meet our safeguarding requirements, we need to know you have consent and or are fit and well to participate in activities within the club.

How do we register?

Can I register others on my account?

Yes, you can register up to 10 people.

How do I add another adult / child to my account?

When you have registered your account, please log in and on your main page, scroll down to Family and Friends. Simply Press ‘Add’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I retrieve my own QR code?

Please log onto your account and scroll down. Your code will appear under ‘Access Code’.

How do I retrieve other QR codes on my account?

When you log in and scroll down to Family and Friends, select the person you want. On the next page, the code will appear.

NOTE: This will be a DIFFERENT CODE with a different URN number. YOU WILL NEED THIS CODE TO GAIN ACCESS. You can download, print or take a picture.

If I arrive with one QR code, with a family of four, can one QR code work for all of them?

NO. Everyone requires their own separate code.

Can I place the QR code on my phone?

Yes. You can take a picture with your camera or download. You can have a screenshot, printed copy or laminated copy.

NOTE: If this is on your smart phone, ensure the brightness is high. TOP TIP: On your phone, save onto your favourites.

Can I register on the day?

The Stoneham Lane Football Complex (SLFC) team STRONGLY ADVISES TO NOT REGISTER ON THE DAY TO AVOID CONGESTION AND QUEUING.

What happens if I forget my QR code, but I have registered?

The SLFC reception team will be able to assist wherever possible.
